Tonbridge League Local Rule Changes
1. Calling Time for Injury
Our Local League Rule states that should there be an injury; it is not only the injured player who can call time but also the umpire, using their own judgement and discretion.

2. Contact Rule
A couple of factors have been brought to the Committee's attention regarding the 'contact' rule which the Committee are currently considering. We are therefore putting the 'contact' rule change on hold whilst we continue to think about it. We will notify teams accordingly via the website.

AGM 2012
The AGM this year is on Thursday 11th October 2012 at Tonbridge Football Club, Longmead Stadium, Darenth Avenue. Further details will follow. Remember, a representative of your Club must attend.

New rule regarding skirts
Please remember that under the new rule voted in at the AGM, skirts must be worn on the court and an umpire has the right to remove from the court, any player not doing so.

Result cards
All result cards must be completed in full.  Any team who does not fully complete their result card will lose the points for that particular game.  This ruling was voted in at the AGM.  Please remember to nominate opposing teams Player of the Match.

Parking
Please make sure you park in the Top Car Park only.  The only access to the courts is from the Top Car Park; this is at the school's request for security reasons.

Please ensure you do not block other cars in as not all cars in the grounds belong to netball players. You must not park on the yellow grids. You must park in the top car park.

Rule regarding match balls
The Tonbridge League allows each team to use their own match ball for half of the match, be that one half or two quarters.  If there is doubt as to whether a ball is the proper size and weight, then the umpire's decision is final.

Cancelled games
If a game is cancelled by your opponents, you may request from them the court fees already paid by yourselves.  The Treasurer will be able to tell you the amount.

Alternative parking in special circumstances
These are the nights when parking may be limited due to school events, remember you can park on Pembury road, use the Vauxhall Pub Car Park and use the lower car park if it is open.

Courses and Workshops
Please see the courses page for details of a variety of courses and workshops currently available for booking.

Points system
There are 4 points for a win, 2 points for a draw, 1 point if the losing score is within 50% of the winners score and 3 points deducted if you cancel a game.

Queries and complaints
There is a list of Committee Members on this website, therefore if there are problems please contact the relevant person..

Floodlights
These will be switched on as required, but please note that we have been asked to ensure the lights are off by 9.30. For this reason play must finish on the klaxon at 9.25..

Safety
All players for the 8.15 games must wait outside the gate until the 7.00 games have finished. Players leaving the courts after the 8.15 games have started must wait to pass the court if play is up this end. All children inside the court area must stay in one place and not run around.
